We loved Willow's teacher, Ms. Jean! We were nervous about the class she was put in at the beginning of the year, but she really came out of her shell and felt very comfortable with Ms. Jean and her friends in the Orange Room.

First Solids

Owen's pediatrician cleared him to start solids after his 4 month appointment. He's doing well and really seems to enjoy the "activity" of eating off a spoon. So far he's had rice cereal, peaches, and apples. 

Sometimes it's hard to decide which to put in your mouth...spoon or hands...

Photo Shoot

We haven't had Owen's pictures taken since we were at the hospital, so we went today to get some of the kiddos by themselves and together. Here are our favorites:

Owen: 4 months

Owen is such a happy little guy! He loves his big sis and especially enjoys watching her run, dance, and play. As he continues to have better head control, it's easier for him to track her by turning his head instead of just following her with his eyes like before. He is super-drooley these days and loves to put his or OUR fingers in his mouth. He keeps getting stronger and stronger and loves to stand up and put weight on his legs. We've even pulled out the exersaucer and johnny jump-up for him. He's not a huge fan of tummy time, though he can lift his head up all the way for quite a while before fussing. Our big milestones for the month have been rolling over from his tummy to his back and giggling!!
