Alli (in the background) isn't sure what to think of Willow to begin with...then you put her in a dalmation costume...poor cat.

Pumpkin Patch!
Willow had her first trip to the pumpkin patch! Unfortunately the line for the hayride out to the patch was ridiculously long so we did our "photo shoot" in the pre-picked pumpkins. Willow was exhausted when we got there, since we'd carted her around to church all morning then out to eat for lunch, but she hung together really well.

Willow has "sat up" on her own for short periods of time with Chris or me behind her, but she's not quite stable enough to sit without one of us (or large pumpkins) right there. She's SO close though!
"What is this?"
"Can I have some of that Grandpa?"

Fun Feeding!
Grandma and Grandpa Seth both enjoyed feeding Willow oatmeal during their visit this weekend. She takes food from anyone with a blue spoon!!

She's quite a "natural" when it comes to eating. Sometimes I won't have had the time to get more on the spoon yet and she's already got her mouth wide open! You'd think we never feed the child (that 95%ile weight came naturally?!?)!
Thanks Annie and Lew

Learning
There are times when it's evident that little Willow is learning something based on her intent expression. Watching Willow in her exersaucer these days is completely different than when we first tried it in August. We can tell her fine motor skills are developing more because she's able to look at something, like one of these balls, and grasp it in control.
